Returns and Exchanges

We understand that when ordering online, you can’t truly experience the fit, feel, and look of a product until you try it on. Because of this, Mainers will gladly accept returns and exchanges on any product that is in new, pristine, unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To process a return or exchange, you can start here. You will be issued a return shipping label. All you have to do is drop it in the mail, and we will handle the rest.

Refunds

You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment minus the original shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
