We understand that when ordering online, you can’t truly experience the fit, feel, and look of a product until you try it on. Because of this, Mainers will gladly accept returns on any product that is in new, pristine, unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue you a return authorization (RA) number to write on the outside of your return box. We’ll e-mail you a free prepaid UPS return shipping label.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer direct exchanges by mail—to exchange an item, you need to return it and then purchase a new one in a separate transaction.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment minus the original shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
